I asked the technician to find another option, but he returned with what appeared to be the exact same tire and tried to convince me it was different, saying most tires of that size looked similar. After the tire was installed and I drove off, I immediately noticed a wiggling and shaking. I turned around and went back to the shop to have it checked. The technician initially insisted that nothing was wrong, but after the manager inspected the tire, he confirmed the issue was not my fault and replaced it. While I appreciated the manager resolving the problem, my overall experience was frustrating and left me with little confidence in their service. I would not recommend this place.
