    Ed helped me install new wiper blades and a new battery on my vehicle, even in the cold weather. He also patiently showed me how to clean the terminals and prevent corrosion.     I ordered a car battery online after being clearly told it would be installed at no charge. When I arrived at the store, I stood waiting in line for nearly 5-10 minutes just to get help, only to be told there was no one available to install it. I was then left to carry a heavy car battery by myself, with my 5&6-year-old. No one offered assistance. No one showed any common decency to help a woman struggling in the cold. I am now sitting in your parking lot with two children, a completely dead vehicle, and zero support from your staff. The amount of time I spent waiting in line was likely the same amount of time it would have taken to install the battery and avoid this entire situation. Leaving a mother stranded in the cold with children, a dead car, and no help — after making promises you failed to keep — is unacceptable, unsafe, and disgraceful. And to make matters worse, it has now started snowing. This level of customer service is beyond unacceptable.

    If I could give fewer stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I went to request a battery charging service with a practically new battery, and well, they damaged the battery, and no one wanted to take responsibility for the damage. I had to go buy a new battery at another establishment since the manager didn't take responsibility for what her team did. I don't recommend going to this establishment, especially with a manager who treats her customers poorly.
