  Drove an hour for an agreed upon price only to be offered a price $2,000 more, followed by documentation, security, and other fees adding up to another $2,000. Poor experience

  Omg worst experience ever! First I came in with my father to purchase an Acadia 2020. Tye the manager I believe his name was, came over and told my father to leave if we weren’t purchasing. I told him I was interested in the 2020 Acadia that was displayed inside the showroom. He then said to me that we were taking up his time and it was time for him to go home, I then told him I wanted to speak to the owner of the dealership and he said the same thing I told you’re father is the same thing she will tell you. Worst dealership I ever been too. Would never do business with them. Very unprofessional.

  Staff was pleasant enough, but not impressed with waiting over an hour to take delivery of a smart buy. Might just of been a busy day, but they knew we were coming. -12/23/21, Staff still provides great service and this time in and out quick on a pick up. First visit must of just been a real busy day.
