  Really had high hopes with new owners taking over, sadly it was not a good experience. The new staff called my husband to appraise his current truck and help him get in a new one, but when we arrived they accused him of deleting something on his truck and said they couldn't appraise it. When my husband explained everything was stock they still were not working with us. To top it of they hired new staff without any actual knowledge of the cars on the lot . Sadly, they lost our business for good .

  MILLER BUICK GMC - COMMITTED TO SALES AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE SINCE 1955! My tale with Miller Buick begins with the after sale. As they advertise they have been in business since 1955; and after all that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles! As we all know when we buy a car we get a temporary registration good for 20 days. I live in Staten Island New York, which Miller Buick advertises as part of their market. So they must know the registration procedures of selling a car into the NY market. After all Miller Buick has been in business since 1955 and that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles! After the first week I received a phone message asking me to return the call from Miller Buick. I returned the call but no one could tell me what the purpose of the call had been. But of course Miller Buick has been in business since 1955 and that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles! I get another phone message to call back a few days later with a message about a bank document. I call back and leave a message to the salesperson who had called. Did not hear anything back. After all Miller Buick has been in business since 1955 and that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles! Another week goes by and I become concerned as to the registration? So I call on a Monday and am told “don’t’ worry it takes time, sometimes 4 weeks”, but call back on Wednesday. But of course Miller Buick has been in business since 1955 and that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles! I called again on Wednesday but it was after 5PM and no knows anything except that I should call back the next day. After all Miller Buick has been in business since 1955 and that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles! I call back and was informed that to complete the registration process a document is missing. Which I did provide the same day. The salesperson graciously offered to pay for any tickets if I was to get pulled over. Of course this ignores the fact that operating an unregistered vehicle in NYS is a crime punishable by a fine of up to $300 dollars and a jail sentence of up to 15 days. Also, when you fill out that an employment application they do ask “have you ever been arrested”? But of course Miller Buick has been in business since 1955 and that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles! So the new car now sits parked. After all Miller Buick has been in business since 1955 and that means they are experts in selling and servicing vehicles!

  Great experience and pain free. Lol. Sarah the finance Manger was just as helpful as Dave the sales rep. Would definitely recommend.

  As I was contemplating on buying a new SUV, I was very impressed with the GMC Terrian. The Bonus of my entire shopping experience was my sales person Churchill who was very helpful, patient, accommodating and very professional. He was willing to answer all my questions and concerns and exceeded my expectations in this process. The Finance Manager Craig took a lot of time trying to find me the best finance rate, he went over and beyond in his efforts to make sure that I received the best guidance through this purchase. The General Sales Manager Wesley made sure all my needs were met and continually checked on me to make sure everything was flowing smoothly. My experience with Miller GMC was very memorable and exceptional.
