  Disappointed in my service. Window clips were broken and seal doesn’t look correct. Also the car was not calibrated correctly for my safety features. I need an additional appointment to correct these issues

  Alan was top notch! He explained everything that he was going to do, was well-versed in his trade but what set him apart was his demeanor, as he clearly loves what he is doing and it was refreshing to see someone committed to superior customer service.

  My windshield was repaired professionally in my driveway while I had coffee! The tech was a real pro and the job took an hour. It was great! My friend's new pickup truck windshield was damaged during the same storm. The dealership had him drive 45 minutes to an inner city auto glass place in a seedy neighborhood. An inexperienced repair guy cracked his new windshield while installing it. He had to wait a week for the new windshield to be installed. He needed a friend to follow him to drop off his truck and bring him home, and then some to drop him off when it was ready a week later... Which experience would you rather have?

  I have never had an auto windshield replaced before nor heard of Safelite. My sister, who is from Delaware, shared this resource to me. I searched for them online and found their website and scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house. We were experiencing bad weather, so they called me back to inform me that due to the weather, I had to bring the vehicle into the physical shop. I went to the shop the next day only to be surprised with the excellent service from the moment I walked in by the receptionist and the Manager. What a pleasure and honor it was for me to see their professionalism, personal welcoming and top-tier maintenance! They made me feel like I was the priority and I instantly felt I could trust their services and be at ease! He answered every question I asked and assured me everything will be done in excellence because that is his model too.
