- DCDavid CilonaFeb 8, 20261.0I had an appointment with them Monday 2/6 for a windshield replacement, they show up with wrong glass, reschedule for 2/6 from 1pm - 5pm. They email 3 times to confirm I leave work early both times since it was cold I offered for them to do the work in my heated garage. So Friday they call and say they won't be able to make it can I bring the car to them due to daylight, I told the technician no worries I have a garage with plenty of clearance and lighting and it is fully heated. Of course now the story changes and he says he doesn't have enough time to complete it but note he called me at 1:30pm . So of course he was full of it. They call me back and try to reschedule again. I would let these incompetent people touch my truck if it was free. They must delete all the bad reviews because they stink.

They improperly installed a windshield and when it cracked just days later they try to say a rock did it. Even though it clearly came from the edge of the windshield. The district manager is an even bigger joke. Hangs up on people when they know their wrong instead of taking it in the chin and honoring their mistake.

Was there on a Sunday when they are normally closed. He’s certainly a valuable employee and asset to the company. Definitely deserves a raise. Thanks Justin

Also failed to install windshield correctly resulting in the windshield cracking. Reached out to have them repaired magical not covered by warranty even though its there fault.
- EGErik GeorgeFeb 4, 20261.0The staff at this location are extremely rude. They installed our window a couple days later its cracks toward the edge where it was installed. It took a week to get an appointment and in that time the crack grew. They refuse to take honor their warranty.
