  Great place, great customer service, quick fast and easy! I've rented two cars from them and both times the cars were clean and ready to go! The employees at the Williamstown location are very professional! Definitely my go-to place for a car rental!

  Customer Service leaves a lot to be desire. I spent over 2 hours trying to get a vehicle. I was at the Honda Dealership waiting to get picked up. Call Enterprise spent over 40 minutes on the phone and nobody picked up the phone.

  I didn’t like that no one said that the deposit was $400 in person. It was very unprofessional and on top of that we were told to fill the gas tank when we bring it back yet when we picked it up it was only half full. Driving the vehicle was very jerky and erratic. If we ever do rent from Enterprise again we would not go to the Williamstown, NJ location
