  I’ve been coming here for years and cannot speak highly enough of this business. As a girl with 0 car knowledge and an aging car with problems, I truly appreciate Steve’s transparency about any issue. Their prices are fair, the work is great, and communication is top notch.

  My family and I have been using Steve’s Auto for fifteen years. We always have a positive experience and our vehicles have been well cared for. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly and organized including Steve, Kenny, Katie, Chris and Shane. I highly recommend Steve’s Auto for all your car needs.

  got work done at the place they installed the part it’s a shame how you can’t trust anyone anymore I usually I don’t give bad reviews but I don’t this to happen anyone else I don’t how people sleep good at night taking advantage of people this needs to stop

  Listen, I know nowadays people are very hesitant to bring race, gender, age, etc into the conversation but I have to say this: Since I moved to NJ from Philly over 20yrs ago, I've found no business (let alone auto repair facility) that treats me; a senior black man better than this one. They treat and talk to you with kindness and respect. Like family! Every time!! This is EXTREMELY important to Black Boomers!! Steve's also does fantastic work and they treat every human being the same. It's simple, bring your vehicle here!!

  My car was towed from Caroline L Reutter School in Franklin Township, NJ for no insurance to Steve’s Autobody & Repair. I was charged $80 for mileage, but the actual one-way tow was only 8 miles. Franklin Township towing ordinance allows only one-way mileage, so the correct fee should be $35. The paperwork said ‘port to port’ and the dispatcher claimed it covered round-trip and gas, which is not allowed. I will be calling back Monday to see if the overcharge is resolved. Always check your towing invoice and know your rights under the township towing ordinance.
