- EGEugene GrimpyNov 5, 20255.0I had just installed a leveling kit in my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. A professional alignment is recommended following any front suspension modifications. I took it to a well known shop and they wouldn’t touch it due to the modifications. I took it to Monro, and as luck would have it they have a Jeep specialist on staff. They performed the alignment quickly and perfectly. The cost was quite fair, and the staff was very friendly and treated me with respect. No need to look elsewhere.

My horrible experience began in Carlisle PA where I stopped at in Monroe for an oil change before my family vacation to New Jersey. Apparently, they did a courtesy check of my brakes and tires, and did not properly put the lugs and studs back on my tires. Driving 65 miles an hour on the highway. I heard a noise and pulled over to find my tire almost completely off. This could have killed my family if it had come off.. As this was a Saturday night, we had to wait till Sunday morning to have the vehicle towed to the nearest Monroe in New Jersey, which was over an hour away from where we were stranded. I called the shop and explained the situation and was assured they would get my vehicle taken care of that day. When When it was nearly closing time for the shop, I finally reached out to them only to find they had not gotten my vehicle done, but assured me it would be taken care of first thing the next day. fast-forward to Monday I heard nothing from the shop. I continuously called the shop throughout the day and was told they would get my vehicle in half an hour before they were supposed to close. I called only to find out they had just finished my vehicle as I was over an hour away stranded I could not get an Uber to get me there on time. Tuesday morning after paying an Uber $127 to take me to the shop. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle. No apologies nothing no remorse from the staff three days of my family vacation ruined and not so much as a sorry for the Inconvenience from Monroe.
