  The guy in the office barely looked up from his phone when I walked in to drop my car off to have 4 new tires installed. I greeted him with a good morning and got a mumbled "good morning" back. No "how are you" or "how can we help you?" So, we're off to a great start. It then takes SIX hours to do a simple install, and there was not so much as an apology for the longest tire install in history. Please avoid this shop if you can.

  Couldn’t even get a quote. I was told the only way to get pricing was to tow my car to them and have them diagnose the issue. I clearly informed their team member that I needed a radiator replaced and they refused to provide a price to move forward. Seemed very shady and not transparent at all.

  Dropped my car off for new tires and alignment. Had to order tire rods for my alignment. Asked if it all could be done same day and delivered. Bob and Nate were great and respectful up front. Great professionalism. Give them all a raise not a handshake.

  I made an appointment online easily with Mr. Tire. I was very happy to get it so last minute. I popped the address into my Waze app and followed it but could not find a Mr. Tire. So, I called and was transferred to the location. The man I spoke with told me that “we are Monro Auto Svc.” I told him I was looking for Mr. Tire and he very rudely told me it was the same company! How the hell was I supposed to know that?!?! Despite his rudeness, I greeted him with a cheerful good morning when I got there but was met with a “I can’t be bothered with you” gruffness. I told him what I needed, he asked for my keys, and gave me a quote for the work. I had completely forgotten that I saw a rebate for Valvoline oil when I booked the appointment but I was happy to see on my quote that they were going to use Valvoline oil. While I waited, another customer came in…a man. I couldn’t help but notice that the conversation with him had a different tone. It was subtle but still annoyed me. Then he asked the customer which oil he wanted. That pissed me off because he didn’t bother to ask me which product I preferred. In any case, my oil got changed while I waited which was quite convenient. A little friendliness and courtesy would have gotten this review to 5 stars.

  I am giving 5 stars due to the excellent customer service from Mike(repairman). I was not happy with the management Nicholas, on both occasions he talked down to to you and give the impression that you should go somewhere else.. the only reason I stayed was because Mike and the other repair men in the back where AMAZING!! 🤩 s
