Upon return of rental, after a week, we left it at the collision center, as instructed. I was called by Enterprise a few days later, that we owed the whole rental fee, since I didn’t return the car. We are also being charged $71 for taxes, that should be covered by insurance. Our insurance agent and I have requested a copy of the signed contract numerous times, they have not responded to this request. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company. I would never use this location again, or recommend them to anyone. Shady practices.

The car had extra bells and whistles that took a bit of effort to adapt to, but all went well, even upon a slightly late return, they were understanding and agreeable. Good guys. 👍🏽
