  Sometimes you don't even realize how amazing the service is until you go somewhere else! I came into the store on Thursday to use the fix finder service. I was assisted by two gentlemen who were friendly and informative. They printed the report and offered to help me find the parts to replace the two spark plugs. My husband and decided to take it in for service across the street rather than do the work on my own. When we did that, I had an awful experience with a disrespectful man who tried to take me for a ride and overcharge for work that didn't need to be done. It's a common experience I've had as a woman dealing with car service. So I can't tell you how much the respect and service I received at this location really meant to me. I am so sorry that I didn't get the gentlemen's names! Many thanks to you both!

  I was there today I bought a new car battery for my 2017 Qx60 and mann I’m glad I was able to get help from one of the workers it took him a minute only cus my vehicles battery platform’s bracket one side was a pain for him to hold down before he can tighten it but after a long period he was able to get it in and tightened it for me and I was on my way so Thanks so much I forgot his name but he was so helpful am grateful.
