I chose a Duralast battery for a decent price, and The associate, Carter, was awesome when helping me install it. He was very instructive and knew what he was doing. My car battery died unexpectedly, but the team here made the whole process quick and stress-free. DAMIEN very good guy helped me pick the right battery for my vehicle, explained the differences. Mike the man very knowledgeable clearly knows what's he doing, and even installed it for me on the spot. He also showed me with his gadget the difference that his meter showing me with my old battery. He also worked to make sure the new battery is up and running in no time also making sure all the nuts and bolts where tight and also recommended me couple of other kits to make my car run more smooth then before. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out faster than I expected, and my car is running perfectly again. Highly recommend this AutoZone location for anyone needing fast, reliable service. I have been to many AutoZone in entire state but this one is top notch and above all in customer service. Thank you for the great customer care!

When I told him I did indeed know what kind of car I drive, he told me the info is in the owners manual. I told him I looked and offered to show him the manual, he shrugged me off. No offer of help.
