After a few minutes the tech came in and brought me into the shop and showed me the inner part of the stem was loose and tightened it.surprisingly there was no charged. 3 days later the light came on again brought my car back to Mavis and they replaced the entire stem with a new stem. Again I was not charged for the part or labor and thanked the manager. From this experience I will be going to Mavis Rt 70 in Whiting next to Duncan Doughnuts for my routine maintenance. Thank you again to the management and team for your generosity and honest service!

- AFAnthony FaiellaDec 12, 20251.0I brought a 21 acura rdx for brakes an rotors after receiving my car back after 1239.00 dollars my brake pad was skipping on the rotors brought it back an the "tech" said he heard nothing had the service manager take a ride after I offered the tech a ride to here what I here he declines the manager here's it an tells me to bring it back around 11 to 4 when the "tech" is there to here the noise because hes deaf an cant here anything I had to being it to a completely different mavis for them to fix the issues they could not fix. I do not recommend them for anything but oil changes an air filters no mechanical knowledge on newer vehicles at all.
