The employees were rude and unprofessional. Maybe if their employees should more compassion to a paying customer's needs instead of buying the attractive women that frequent the establishment maybe they would get more business but it's a big no for me will never rent from Enterprise ever again

Upon arrival, this Enterprise location did not honor the reservation. They did not have the car I reserved and instead told me if I wanted a car I had to pay an upgrade fee. I must note, I have rented many cars through the years and I rarely get the car I book, but am always given a suitable car for no extra charge. Also, they asked for personal insurance information, including my deductible, which is explicitly prohibited by Enterprise policy. I was misled about the cost of the upgrade as well: I was told the upgrade would be around $40 more, but I was charged WAY more at check out. This is deceptive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Enterprise corporate, I expect immediate resolution. No customer should be subjected to this kind of misleading and unprofessional service. Please reach out to me, I would like to discuss this matter further.
