Very unacceptable unprofessional. I do not recommend this place . This is my physical 3rd time here. They don’t communicate amongst themselves and there’s too many conflicting stories and too many false promises.

My husband and I don’t live very close to this location, but we said we will never go back to any other car rental - period! From the friendly Kendall that was calm, cool and collected when we got there on a Sunday close to their closing time and probably about eight people followed us. The place was so crowded and everyone that worked there was amazing. I don’t know how they do it. Javon even went so far as to call my husband to let him know that the change oil light was on by mistake because it was not reset and he assured us it had just been changed. When I went to return the car, Kendall again greeted me with a smile & Marco took great care of me. I told my husband that I wish undercover boss was there because all of these employees need a bonus. I hope the owner of this location realizes that. Thank you all so much - we will be back!
