  I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location on Kennedy Blvd in North Bergen, NJ. I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 10 years and provided my membership number at the counter, but the employee told me that it “didn’t matter,” which was extremely frustrating and dismissive. I had a confirmed reservation and took a taxi to the location, expecting a smooth pickup. I brought a debit card along with a bank statement and additional documentation, but I was turned away because I didn’t have utility bills in my name. While I understand policies exist, this was never clearly explained during the reservation process. What made the situation worse was the poor customer service. There was no effort to help, no alternatives offered, and the overall attitude felt unprofessional and unhelpful. As a long-time customer, I expected better treatment, clearer communication, and at least some level of consideration for my history with the company. Instead, I lost time, money, and left feeling disrespected. I hope management reviews this location’s customer service and communication practices so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

  Fatou & Ayed really were great! Fatou helped me with a quick transfer of cars because of what they had for inventory, really went the extra mile with staying a little over, super super grateful! & then Ayed really awesome guy to work with, helped me when we can back to hand in the car & the whole experience was great. Don’t normally have good experiences at rental car places. But here they worked different & were great! Highly recommend!

  I always have the best experience when I rent from Enterprise. Their customer service is consistently outstanding! The staff is friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress free. The prices are very competitive. The cars are always clean, reliable and in excellent condition. Highly recommended!!

  Wow, a have very good experience with Enterprise the group from West new York New Jersey’s locations there are the best their professional if you have questions for anything they always there to answer your questions even if you have any trouble with the car,they there for any kind of problems .
