When I asked about my battery, he immediately said, “I hope you don’t need it changed because it’s too cold,” in a dismissive tone. Outside, he was visibly agitated, struggled to open the hood, complained about a rule regarding cold weather, couldn’t locate the battery, and then asked me to find it myself. Instead of helping, he told us to go somewhere else. Unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable customer service. Older middled aged yt guy.. he was very rude! Do Not go here!

I have tried another local autozone locations who were very unhelpful to only end up driving to this location slightly further. I will now always use this location. Highly recommend.
- JIjacob innersSep 2, 20251.0Didn't really want to help test my batteries in my truck, then said both were bad so I said ok I would like to buy 2 new ones, they proceeded to tell me they don't know of they could do it because there were wires on top of my battery and didn't want to disconnect them and be at fault if somthing happened. I replaced them and I moved the wire out of the way and took me 5min to do the job.
