  Saw a good deal, placed an online (“30 minutes fast”) pickup, as advertised, first thing this morning. ($400+ order) Waited a little more than an hour and went to pick it up. Then had an appointment elsewhere to get the parts installed- quick and easy transaction. That’s what I thought… I arrived and both George and Peter (may have been), two rude and condescending individuals. They told me they didn’t have my order, couldn’t find the order number, name, nothing. They accused me of being dumb enough to send my order over to the wrong store. Even with my receipt showing this exact location, even the payment notification from my bank account showing the money taken out, my order was nowhere to be found. Rest assured, they told me they could gather these parts I needed, they just couldn’t give them to me. I was told I needed to wait another 2 hours for the preparation of my order (which contained 3 or 4 smaller items). Wasn’t a busy day in the store, like I said I made the order nice and early. About an hour and a half into waiting for the extra 2 hours (3 hours counting the first one I waited), I noticed a reversed payment notification of the amount of my online order back into my bank. Not a phone call, not an email, not a text. No notification whatsoever about the orders cancellation. Just cancelled and refunded for no reason at all. Hmmm I wonder why! I spoke to corporate, the order was obviously cancelled for no reason at all and I wasted the majority of my day waiting around for incompetence. Report was made to management and I hope whoever was involved in this situation this morning is seriously reprimanded. Making sure my family and friends know to avoid this spot at all costs. What a joke.

  I came in to get new wiper blades for a ford explorer. I asked if the blades were compatable with my vehicle and was told they were. It was only after I tried to install repeatedly and damaged the blade that I double checked and found out they were not compatable. I guess I can understand why they couldn't take the blade back, but overall l am disappointed with their lack of knowledge about the subject matter.

  I had a car Battery that needed installation in a truck with a lot of layers to reach the battery. Jeff was outstanding taking care of everything and doing a professional job with the install. Highly recommend Jeff to help with any issues

  Advance Auto Parts in west long branch, nj was well stocked. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They offer anything you might need. Will definitely go back.
