  Mavis in Berlin is fantastic! I work local and upon leaving work one day last week my tire was flat to the ground. I called Mavis asking if I could come for a tire plug so I can have my tire put back on before my hour drive home. They were short staffed and still helped me. So thankful for them and they were all so kind.

  My car showed that one of my tires was low on air. They were able to help me immediately and offered to fill my tire for me. When doing so he found the issue was the valve stem was broken and replaced it quickly. David was very helpfully. I would definitely come back. Great service.

  From the order online to my pick up i had a very good experience here! I called in and spoke with Eric, he was knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and appreciated my individual business which means a lot! I got a very fair deal on a brand new full set of tires and i am happy! I will return for my next set!

  My experience was excellent. I scheduled the appointment and ordered the tires online on Friday for Tuesday at 8 AM and at 7:55. All the doors were open and I was welcome to inside. They did a full review of the Carr, and suggested things that may need attention but no hard Push for a sale. I did select one of the items that they recommended in addition to the tires that I had put on. I felt that the team especially David was knowledgeable and professional at a great price. Mavis will be my tire center moving forward as well as maintenance when needed.

  Edit: Updating review to address Mavis' great customer service. David and Bryan were very helpful in promptly getting my car re-serviced. The new skid plate and hardware arrived very quickly (literally the next day). Since my schedule this week was very back-to-back busy (obviously I hadn't previously planned for any of this), it was hard for me to find enough time in my own schedule for the repair. When I managed to find a slot in my schedule with enough time for the repair, Mavis was very accommodating. In a lobby filled with other customers, Mavis fit me into their own busy schedule at my convenience so my car could be repaired as soon as possible. I also needed a paper copy of the work order that indicated the parts and hardware were OEM (my car has a file of records any time it receives a service anywhere), and David did everything he could to help with my request. While this skid plate issue was initially upsetting, Mavis was eager and quick to correct their mistake ⭐ -- I came in for an oil change for a 2023 Accord a week ago. Yesterday, the skid plate (that large metal sheet covering the bottom of your car) came loose and the front and back of the plate was completely detached and hanging from the bottom of my car. This happened while I was driving on the highway! Very dangerous to me and other drivers! The skid plate was missing the clips and screws that keep it in place. I had to jack up my car, crawl under it, and zip-tie it the best I could to stop it from hanging and scraping the road. No one should ever have to be doing that on the side of the highway after a routine oil change! Naturally, the skid plate needs to be removed for an oil change but a properly re-installed plate should not spontaneously fall off a week later. I understand that mistakes happen but in the car industry, mistakes can easily pose serious hazards to drivers. During the oil change appointment, they finished with my car 30 minutes after closing (my appointment was at 4:00). Maybe they were just rushing to get the plate back on, or lost the clips/screws, or just didnt know how to properly fasten them, or what it was. Either way, a simple oil change became a dangerous and inconvenient issue. I cannot recommend this place. I have reached out to them about this and am waiting on a response. Gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy at the front was nice and the actual oil change inherently itself was fine.
