  Amazing service! Bryan was amazing from the minute I spoke on the phone with him, such great positive energy. I called to get my spare tire replaced, after calling around multiple other places and I was surprised how good their pricing was, and the fact they could see me within the same day to get it resolved. Then things got worse and I couldn’t start my car or make it to my appointment on time, and they told me it was no problem I could come whenever I got it running. When I got there the workers were so friendly and got it done so fast!! Will definitely be recommending this place to others :)

  The guys here are top notch, my front brakes were wasted and back brakes were not working. They bled my system and found the issue of rear brakes. Changed my brake fluid which was super dirty. They got all my brakes working with only having to replace fronts only. They have all my buisness going forward. Very trustworthy and honest guys here .

  BEWARE they will act like they’re capable of doing a job they’re not. I brought my 2021 bmw here for brakes. They then convinced me to get other services such as cleaning my fuel injector. Cool ! I agreed. My car was supposed to be done in a few hours. I was then called and told by David that their mechanic dropped the brake caliber which i could only hope wasn’t damaged, but while doing so my brake line was severed. I wasn’t able to get my car. Ok. No big deal, I guess. I then get there the next day and was told they weren’t able to do the fuel injector service for whatever reason as it would ruin my car. I’m wondering when they figured that out since my check engine light came on the same day I picked my car up, my push start won’t register when I push down on the brake and there’s all kinds on messages coming up on my dash. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I was screamed at when I called by David who was very offended I said if they’re not equipped to work on bmws they should just say that.

  I highly recommend the Mavis Berlin squad, Bryan took care of me and was more than a five star rating, this guy was absolutely dialed, providing customer satisfaction, elite expertise, and complete trust I’ve only seen once before in my life watching the 2004 Pistons defense. If you’re gonna get your tires fixed anywhere, make sure this is the place you go to. The fellas are locked in, dialed, and ready to go. I would not only trust my tires with them, but my life itself. Think Dan Marino, but with a ring, a healthy Derrick Rose in his prime, Dirks playoff run to the finals. Hall of fame levels of service, unmatched dynasty-like aura, a well oiled machine like the 2002 Red Wings. Some people think of Christ on the cross during dark times, I think the Mavis Berlin tire crew.

  I was very appreciative of the manager Bryan and John who really helped me out. Last week 50 miles away in another Mavis I had my flat fixed but it did not hold air. I called the west berlin mavis and they took me right in and did s super job cleaning my rusty rim and got me right back on the road. Those 2 guys are really great. I was told by others that this particular mavis store had really nice people working there and now I agree with that.
