  So there is a person called Joey who works at this location and is running a side business of movers. He is such a fraud and gives really competitive rates for moving and assures you that he is the owner of the business and that if any issues he will take care of things on the day. But, on the moving day some 3rd party movers come in and this guy is unresponsive and won’t return to calls and if he does he is super rude and just walks off the whole situation. Had a horror time dealing with him and would request someone to take an action against him so that he can’t fool others.

  I booked movers through them and they send a 3p company called Excel Carriers LLC. They quoted me 425$ total for 110/hr for 2 men. This guys came being nice and all and took my signature on the quote document which mentioned 110/hr, they didn’t tell me that they’ll charge higher for 3 men. Once we reach our other home, the guy is like your bill is 812$ for 135/hr for 3 men, otherwise we do not unload. Also traveling from home 1 to 2 is counted as labor, when I booked they said that is counted in travel. After wasting like 20 minutes, I send zelle to this Anthony guy their owner, they say they didn’t get money which was deducted from my account and I showed my bank app to mover guy, we wasted another 30 minutes. They wouldn’t unload unless I send another payment, so I send apple cash to guy mover right there. They put all my stuff in living room because they don’t have time anymore. I talked to Anthony guy on phone and he was so rude and saying bad slurs. Worst experience ever, check reviews of Excel Carriers LLC on google and yelp, its 1 star, 64 reviews.

  Needed to rent a pickup while my pickup was in the shop. Everyone at Enterprise was very helpful. Definitely go back when the need arises again.
