  I just went to this location to rental acar and was racially profiled we were accused of having a fraudulent driver license because it was cracked . We had reservations through our insurance company and the manager Bradley Peditto accused me of being disrespectful to an employee who admitted to not being disrespected . This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with enterprise and I have been renting cars from them for over 20 years .

  Booked through an insurance claim. Called ahead for pickup and was told someone would be there “shortly.” Apparently “shortly” means 40 minutes. Judging by other reviews, I guess I should feel lucky. It didn’t get better. I arrive, greeted nicely, hoping the rental car is ready. It isn’t. The car is dirty, with spills near the speakers and dirt all over the seats. Then I’m told there are “documented scratches.” Fine, show me the list. They refuse. Instead, they immediately start pushing their insurance coverage. Hard. Multiple times. It felt less like a rental and more like a setup. I keep asking for the damage list. Refused again. Ask for a manager. Manager finally shows it to me and it’s blank. Blank. Then comes a long, pointless explanation of what “counts” as damage. At that point it was obvious what was going on. This place is either completely disorganized or deliberately shady. Either way, not something I’m willing to deal with. I walked out. I’d rather have no car than deal with this kind of nonsense.

  By far the worst customer experience, extremely frustrating! I rented a car through an insurance claim. I drive an Acura TLX 2023, and I scheduled Enterprise to pick me up at 3:00 PM at Acura Open Road Wayne ,because I had classes throughout the day and needed to plan accordingly. I waited until 3:25 PM with no call and no pickup. When I called the branch, they casually said they were waiting for someone to return and would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes, an Acura dealership employee kindly offered to drive me to the branch since it is only 3 minutes away. When I arrived, there were three employees inside chatting and no customers in the office, which made my long wait even more frustrating. They gave me a Hyundai Elantra, which is obviously not comparable to an Acura TLX, but I accepted it since I just needed a car. However, the vehicle had an empty gas tank, the oil change light kept popping up, and the car was clearly not aligned, it kept pulling to the right while driving. I understand rental companies service their vehicles frequently, but I’m not comfortable driving a car that shows maintenance warnings. Due to these issues, I went to the Wallington location, where the staff handled the situation professionally and quickly exchanged the vehicle for a Mazda with no issues. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Wayne location. If you are renting in the area, I strongly suggest using Paramus or Wallington instead, where the service is significantly more professional.
