Got a very good price on a nice sedan and everyting was super smooth... even though I am not a frequent renter and can't remember the last time I used Enterprise..... The team at the Wayne office was very professional and polite.... I noticed they were very busy that morning and yet, they treated other 3 or 4 customers very nicely. But as soon as the internet was back I was able to get a car. They actually gave me a better car for the same price since the one I requested wasn’t ready. I had to extend my rental and was able to do it with just a quick phone call. Caleb and the other support team members were very helpful. Both the pickup and return were done smoothly and as quickly as possible. The car I rented was in good condition and drove well. Overall a good experience and I would definitely rent from here again.

When I picked up the car I was given a Nissan Altima, definitely not a premium car. When I questioned why I was not getting the type of car I booked I was told they did not have premium cars anymore. Also, the car wasn’t very clean. The windows of the car were filthy – especially the back window which made it hard to see out of. Overall, this was not a great experience.
