If you had an older, high mileage car that was totaled in an accident and are looking to replace it with a similar, older, higher mileage car, then DO NOT speak to these people. I called to cancel my sister’s appointment (I’m less easily persuaded than she is and I was already aware of their pushiness from when my car was totaled last year). The employee argued with me for 8 minutes about why my sister should take out a loan to finance a car from them despite me explaining that my family does not have the financial means for additional debt. Some key highlights from the employee: Suggested that I make the monthly loan payments for my sister. Said a 10 year old Honda wouldn’t last more than a month. Insinuated that I don’t care about my sister’s safety. I don’t understand what management tells these employees to make them think this is a winning strategy. After arguing with an employee for 8 minutes just to cancel an appointment, the last thing I would want is to buy a car from here.

Everybody know when buying a car you get nervous and you doubt yourself but he definitely reassured. Everything was gonna be OK and he was gonna leave with a car and he was right the staff there was amazing. Everybody was polite. They answer all your questions even the Doubted ONE, you may have I definitely recommend 10 out of 10. If you haven’t went there yet to get your car, you should try it. What are you waiting for?
