- ESEmily ShlapakMar 20, 20262.0Very disappointed. Came in with my mom to buy cabin air filters and the guy refused to install it for me. Just said “we don’t do that here.” As a loyal customer of Autozone, I have *never* been denied help installing something, especially so casually. I was shocked. What makes AutoZone special is the people & the customer experience, not the parts. I hope management considers hiring people more willing and enthusiastic to help their customers because that was the first and last time I’ll be stepping into that shop.

I came in wanting my windshield wiper applied on my car however he decided it was more appropriate to lie and say that he was the only one in the store then five minutes later one of his coworkers pop up. Thankfully, Mike applied the windshield wiper for me. Blows my mind how AutoZone employees people that don’t want to get off their chair.
