- LSLarry Stewart3 days ago1.0Got there at 8 o’clock when they were supposed to be open one standing outside for almost 10 minutes till the person behind the counter decided he was gonna open the door after you can clearly see them inside just talking then when I went in, I saw there was a deal online or brake pads yet he did not want to apply that deal to my overall bill which stated for new clients which I’ve never had brakes on on that vehicle there and try to explain it where he just didn’t want to hear anything I had to say then once that was done I got the bill and was told on the phone. It was supposed to be 588 which I still thought was way too expensive. I get there and he failed to mention that that was before tax that afterwards it was 651. I will never again go there as I felt ripped off and then when I asked about why was the price so much higher here and it was up in the Phillipsburg location. I was told all the prices are at manager discretion, which I think is wrong. The fact that the pads and rotors are you telling me a set of pads and two rotors both over $400 I don’t think so. I would never recommend that place since the lady who was there I guess she left because she was the only one there that I felt that was considerate and customer caring as far as that behind the desk I know the mechanics don’t have anything to do with that aspect so this isn’t towards them this is towards the person that is behind the counter again I don’t feel like that was a fair price and every other place around the area was cheaper so I know from now on I will go elsewhere. I won’t ever go back to that Mavis.
