I had to travel 25 mins to this location because the auto store near me (not a AutoZone) didn’t have the proper staff there to install a battery. Inconvenient for me but glad I came here. The staff was super helpful. The tech who put in my new battery was quick and knowledgeable. Service was excellent and the prices were reasonable.

Parts were missing from my order and the store refused to deliver the missing items, despite needing them for my vehicle to move. They state they only deliver to commercial customers - this is despite me paying for delivery. Autozone currently has my money and I don't have my parts. The delivery service they use is Uber. I was also placed on hold three times due to them prioritizing commercial customers. Store manager did not even offer for the items to be delivered as a courtesy for a paying customer. Extremely poor customer service, novice management and a very amateur experience. Will not use Autozone again.
