From Joe the evening the tow truck dropped the car - doing a quick diagnostic and confirming it was the transmission, to Michael the next day confirming we could leave it there while we worked to figure out how to get it towed back to DC, and to the folks on the phone when we called to update and check in who assured us the car was ok and we were still fine to have it there. We appreciate the dedication to service (even though the car wasn’t fixed there) and the kindness to an out of town family.

It’s first come, first serve and any other answer is a lie. I had a 1pm appt on a Thursday, but I knew I was in trouble when others were sitting in the waiting area and the non-smiley girl at the desk said “we will get to it when we can”. 1:30 rolled around and no one said a word of apology or gave an update. I asked for my keys and left and no one cared a bit They did however have their lunches and breaks. So, I would recommend going there if you like fake appointments and being disrespected
