  Great first experience with Ray Catena in Union, for the lease of a new 2026 GLE. Salesperson Lenny Inserra was very helpful in locating a car with the features we were looking for, and made the leasing process seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next Mercedes Benz.

  Gave them two stars because they Ary professional when it comes trying to sell you a vehicle. The problem was they couldn’t come close to a deal i got at MB of Paramus so i went there to purchase. Just take note if you don’t buy the car from them they don’t really want to do your service. I needed a loaner for service that needed to get done and they wouldn’t allow it because the car wasn’t purchased there.. maybe if they would have allowed it i could have started a business relationship and purchased my next for 450 from them. So just be aware of that and shop around.

  I love Mercedes cars and owned one more than three years back. They cheat unscrupulously you during service. About more than three and half years ago I took my mercedes GLK car for service at their Manhattan dealer as my car was repeatedly showing 'check engine sign after the previous service a few months back there'. The service advisor told me the name of the then Service manager was George. After two days she called me and said repair is done and I have to $1500.0. When I went to take the car she said I have to pay $4000.0. I showed her the text she sent me. Then she went back to this manager whom she called George and agreed for a little less than $2000.00 The worst part of it is that the car started to show 'check engine' sign again within weeks. When I got out of the dealer I got a message from google to rate the experience there. I recorded this event and experience. After a few days I got a voice mail from somebody who called himself George saying that he want to talk to me When I called back nobody take the call! Then I took it to the Brooklyn Service senter, after 2 days in the evening, during a severe storm, the service advisor in called me to come and pick up the car the same evening. If I don't pick up the same day he said I will have to pay extra. When I want there he said they could not understand or repair the 'check engine' problem but they did some repair for the vehicle to pass state inspection and I have to pay another $1700.00 or so. I said I have to speak to his manager. He said it is late and they all left! He said they can buy the car and offered a paultry amount. I just got out and sold the car to another non Mercedes car dealer and got more than three times what they offered. I had a very tight work schedule in my career and he knew I won't have time to file case and go after them. So be very careful with them.

  Today I came in because my car was having an issue and Dawn D’Argenio was able to assist me right away! Not only was she able to help me, she was kind, polite and willing to to go the extra mile! I think Dawn D’Argenio is an asset to the team!
