  Mr. Tire installed a vulcanized patch in my tire to address a leak caused by a large nail. I had a positive experience. The fix was convenient and quick, and the price seemed reasonable.

  Absolutely the best place to get a alignment,I took my 4Runner to 3 other alignments nowhere could get it done properly, but these guys did!

  Back in Oct/Nov of 2025, I chose this location to have my tires shipped to from an online retailer (Tire Agent) for my 22 Durango. Mounting/Balancing was included in the price of my tires from them. Made an appointment to have this done, and met with Joe who was phenomenal! Very easy and fast experience. Fast forward to Monday, 4/13 - I ordered tires for my nephews 2020 Sonata from Tire Rack, and had them shipped to this location since I had a great experience with them towards the end of last year. This time, installation was not included in the price, but TireRack said expect to pay $118 and some change for mounting/balancing. I scheduled the appointment online for Tires / Alignment for 5pm on Tuesday 4/14. Arrived for appointment. The gentleman that assisted me (I believe his name was Andrew) was very pleasant, but I was disappointed to learn that the cost of mounting and balancing per Tire was $50. I questioned this, and stated that I was quoted differently from Tirerack and showed him the email. He made the adjustment to match the price I was quoted. Then, I was told that alignment couldn't be done that day as the alignment tech left at 3p. I stated that a call would've been nice since I had an appointment booked for tires / alignment. The gentleman stated that he would check with the tech to see if he felt comfortable doing the alignment. He comes back and says "Yes, the tech can do the alignment and I will oversee it." My nephew and I left his car there with the expectation that the tires would be mounted, installed, and an alignment performed. Since the location closes at 7p, and it was 6:30, we decided to drive back to the shop as I didnt want to hold the techs up if they finished last minute and we arrived late. While en route, we received the call that the vehicle was done, but unfortunately the alignment couldn't be done because the tech had to leave. You can imagine my disappointment, since I was under the expectation that the alignment would be performed. Had I known it would not be done, I would've rescheduled so EVERYTHING could be done at once. Mind you, my nephew had to make arrangements to leave work early to have this work done on his car. When we picked the car up, I asked about availability to do the alignment today, 4/15. Was told there was no availability, however, when I look online today, I see TONS of open slots for an alignment. So, we had to schedule the alignment for Thursday, 4/16, and my nephew will have to leave work early again to get this done. Although the interaction between me and the shop personnel were pleasant, the experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth about this location. At this point, I will likely cancel the appointment for the alignment and take advantage of the Groupon for Meineke in Woodbury, where a 4-wheel alignment is being offered for $71.49, excluding sales tax and shop fees. Cheaper than Mr.Tire Voorhees.
