Never again. I called while my wife was still there, Frank answered and explained why it was taking so long- that whoever last did an oil change had messed something up underneath. Well, we have had this care for about a year and only have taken it there. He also got an attitude and said “I’ve already talked to your wife once.” Way to lose a 10+ year customer, Frank. Slow clap. Just go to your local car dealer with a service shop, I called Ford in Vineland they’ll do the oil change for $90 and that includes a tire rotation and a $20 mail in rebate.
