  If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I had taken in my car to change my brakes. They were quite run down at this point and I also had to have other parts changed due to the brakes scraping on them. I had paid a pretty penny for service and parts. A few months after I heard something begin to scrape and a family friend offered to check on it. The sound was my front right brake which had collapsed. Checking further all of my brakes were completely worn down and had not been changed. They put my safety at risk on top of charging me for a service and parts I did not receive. I was completely dumbfounded considering I went there explicitly to have my brakes changed. This experience caused me to no longer have good faith in my auto shops, and I would never trust this shop again.

  The courteous way Ed treated me and all the information and help he gave me about my tires and my truck.He gave me very good options on my tires and my service options. I was very happy with my dealings in Goodyear I would recommend any one to go there and feel good with the service and the help they gave.
