  I was given a vehicle that had an expired inspection sticker which restricted me from the military installation where I work. The brakes on the vehicle I was provided with were also poorly maintained.

  I did not have a good experience here. I received multiple cars with issues and had to have 3 different Nissans within one week. Answers about getting issues resolved were dependent on who answered the phone. When I called to try to troubleshoot an issue, I was told different information than when my husband called five minutes later. After returning the car, I have called multiple times trying to get a copy of my receipt and still don't have it, months later. The first time I was told I would receive it right after the call, and I didn't. The second time I was told they couldn't locate my reservation and had to call me back. Of course, I didn't receive a call back and never received the receipt.

  They lie to you. Came in person and asked "do you have a car I can get right now" (lot was full but that means nothing). They answered "yes" we have many. Then I explained that I had a very large car from their nearby Enterprise location (the only one they had left) and would like a car swap. Then, they told me immediately "sorry they are all reserved, can't help you".

  My insurance company provided me with a rental car after my recent automobile accident. I rented a Nissan Altima through my local Verona NJ Enterprise office. The office staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The car drove very well. I have nothing negative to report about the car and the Verona NJ Enterprise location.
