This is not safe, and unfair to customers. 2 other locations confirmed the work was not done correctly, and they missed a very obvious issue. I would not advise anyone to go to this location for service. I have to be honest.

Diagnostics were elsewhere & they confirmed the work was not done properly. Went back to mavis but they completely dismissed & ignored the problem, said the car was fine??? They never even checked the vehicle. It was shaking/vibrating, the wheel alignment was still off and grinding in the right side. Now every light on the dashboard is on & have to get additional repairs bc of their error. My friends tried to warn me, I should've listened. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning for any services. I will be sure to inform everyone of what happened here and advise them NOT go to this location.
