  Warning! Watch how you are charged. I am very saddened that I have to write this review, because I have dealt with Enterprise for a few months without issue. Until...I rented and paid for a month rental on a car. It was suggested to me I check out Enterprise Sales for purchasing a car. Well a week or so after I had the car I actually purchased a car which I am very happy with. So Enterprise Sales said I could leave the rental with them, and they would close out my contract and return the car for me. Well instead of refunding me the difference of what I didn't use but had paid for, they charged me again for the amount I used and said the original charge would "drop off" , which it never did. So I was charged again, with no type of receipt. This is just fraudulent and now I have to get my lawyer involved, because I will NOT pay over $500 on top of the original charge. So disappointing. Before this, I would have recommended them to people I know, but not anymore.

  I had an excellent experience at enterprise verona. The agent met me at the collision repair shop when I said I would be there. The rental car was clean and drove well. The agent was also very nice and accommodating and was able to secure the kind of vehicle I wanted. I was also able to leave the car at the repair shop when my own car was ready. It was a seamless experience.

  I had a wonderful experience at this specific location. Started out bad in the beginning when I booked a reservation for a regular 4 door car. When I got there they only had SUVs so I had to take one and the man told me I had to pay the price for SUV even though I booked a regular compact car but they didn’t have one available. I wasn’t able to argue with this person because I needed it for my job the next morning. Anyway when I went to return the car I had a lovely conversation with the branch manager Jessica. She asked how my experience was, in which I explained it was great except for the fact that they made me pay for the SUV when I reserved a regular 4 door compact car. She was very upset and apologized. Then she asked me how can I make your experience better. I said, give me some of my money back and with no hesitation she said absolutely and refunded me $100. Also, I needed to report my toll expenses for work and they have a specific number to call to handle that side. The woman I spoke to named Heather was extremely helpful and went over every detail she was going to send me and how to view the exact times and tolls I was charged for with such kindness. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent a car to go here. We use them often since my mother lives in Florida and when she comes to visit she always goes here too. Wonderful people that work here!

  The car I rented was idling high and the engine shut off two times. I brought it back in and asked the female at the desk if someone could check the car to make sure it's okay to keep driving it. I even informed her that a little too icon popped up on the dashboard. She asked for the key and I gave it to her but she never went to check the car and neither did she have anyone else check it. She went behind the desk and begin scrolling on her cellphone. After a few minutes she remembered there was actually a customer in the room. In shock, she jumps up and says, if you're looking to switch it we only have that truck and van. She did make a comment indicating that they maintain their cars and basically indicated that they do not have a car to switch it. But that is not what I asked for, I asked to have someone check the car. I also asked her to add my son as a driver. After adding him then she tells me there's a $15 charge to do so. This is something she should have told me prior to adding him. She then went back to scrolling on social media on her cellphone. She never gave me the key back to the car. I had to turn around and go back in there to get it. And yes she was still scrolling on that phone. I'm never renting a car from this location ever again. This was my first time and my last time.
