- VRValentina Ross6 days ago1.0From the moment I arrived, the customer service was unprofessional and passive-aggressive, which set a negative tone for the entire experience. I have rented from multiple Enterprise locations monthly for the past few years and have never been as disappointed as I was with this one. Despite having a reservation made several weeks in advance, I was informed upon arrival that there were no vehicles available for me, although they had called the day before to confirm in which I have and yet still resulted in an unavailable vehicle. After waiting for over half an hour, I was taken to another location and provided with a vehicle that was clearly not properly prepared. The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, had no windshield washer fluid, and still contained trash from a previous customer. You could clearly see the car had not been washed for a while. This level of service and lack of basic cleanliness was unacceptable. I do not recommend this location.
