I put in my age, all my info, everything. The reservation went through with no issues, so I figured everything was set. I show up, and not only do they tell me they don’t even have the truck on the lot, but suddenly I’m also “too young” to rent it — even though their website had no problem taking the reservation. Completely misleading and a waste of my time. On top of that, the customer service was awful. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like it was my fault their system let me book something they couldn’t provide. No apology, no solution, nothing. Super disappointing. Avoid this location at all costs. I’ll never rent from this Enterprise again — and I’d recommend you don’t either.

- JCJay CalabreseOct 13, 20251.0Got to say it’s been a very disappointing experience so far. Scheduled a car and to be picked up at the collision repair 2 miles away. Called and called with no answer, left on hold for more than 20 minutes. Took an uber here to find only one person working. While she is handling very well, thee are 6 reservations waiting to be picked up. This ONE person has to check reservations in AND clean the vehicles. There was zero chance I was going to get picked up - do not count on them for giving you a ride. I can see why they scrapped the “We’ll pick you up” marketing slogan. Triple this girls salary, she’s doing three people’s jobs. Enterprise, do better.
