  I won't ever do business here again!. I worked with Hector directly. Hector came out and showed me everything that needed to be replaced and removed for my engine starting with my engine cover saying that hes going to have to remove it in order to get to the necessary spots that needed to be worked on. He worked on my vehicle all morning, and by the afternoon, he called me to pick my vehicle up. I picked my vehicle and went home the next morning, I opened the hood and noticed the cover to my engine was missing. I called Hector to let him know that my engine cover was missing, and his response to me was " my vehicle never had an engine cover." My vehicle was straight from the show floor and only had one owner, which is me. I've never had engine work before prior to Hector working on my vehicle. I know my vehicle I know what my engine has and doesn't  have, an it had a engine cover prior to me leaving my vehicle in his care, im not a fool.Now my engine is exposed and collecting all kind of dirt and debris.

  They diagnosed an electric problem which they could not fix, but sent me to a very competent shop. Overall, I have to thank them for knowing what is in their wheelhouse and helping me fix the issue at no charge.

  This shop is horrible, they will mess up car, treat your aftermarket parts like crap. So basically my Honda needed a new trans but they took forever fixing it and when servicing my car the mechanic scratched my RPF1 and I had to go in there and fight for it to be fixed. But also the owner or manager isn’t the most trusting person until you tell him you’re going to sue. What happened to honest shops these days….?
