  I had an “evening” appointment on a Friday night for an at home inspection. David called me a few hours before to let me know he would be there towards the end of the window due to traffic. This helped me plan my evening instead of sitting around waiting. Once he arrived, he advised me that I was his last appointment of the day and he had been going since the morning. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was answering all of my questions and curiosities about what he was doing and how the whole process worked. I then apologized realizing I was delaying him from finishing his work so he could go home for the night. He said it was not big deal and continued to chat with me. They made a fair offer and I accepted. He completed his paperwork and handed me a check. The process could not have been smoother a David could not have been a better representative of the company. It could not have been an easier, more convenient process. I highly recommend the company.

  The company continuously kept me updated on my appt. and allowed me to cancel even the day of the schedule. David the representative texted me of his timing and arrived on time. He explained everything he was going to do and how much time it would take. The experience was very smooth and if I did not agree with the price quoted I had the option of not accepting. David made every effort to try to get me a good price and was very patient with all my questions. Once the price was agreed upon they gave me a check the same day. Again the process was easy and David’s explanation made it go smoothly. Thank you very much David!
