  I towed my vehicle to this location from Pep Boys since Pep Boys had damaged my vehicle. I highly recommend Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers (or Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers). They repaired the damages done by Pep Boys and fixed the original issue for far less. Pep Boys quoted $3,838, while Monro completed the work for about $2,000. The staff there were great

  Very strange experience when I called today to get an appointment for my front tire. The woman answering the phone said there was an appointment available at 2pm, and confirmed it with me three times, asking for an email address and cell phone (got a text confirming 2pm - see photo) and then she transferred to Xavier who asked a few basic questions including my phone and email -- again - and then confirmed our 2pm appointment. I arrived exactly at 2, the white male mechanic at the desk looked confused and asked what I was doing there, I said I had an appt 2 and he said, i'll speak to Xavier and see if he knows anything about this - like I wasn't telling the truth. Huh? Finally spoke to Xavier about and he took a look at my car tires, and recommended that they be changed but said unfortunately they could not do it today because they were completely booked. So it was pretty much a wasted trip, mostly a waste of time - Xavier was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing - even though the multiple confirmations that I had an appointment! Probably won't return.

  I got a nail in my tire and called to see if they were able to plug it. They were able to set me up with an appointment within 30 mins. When I arrived, there were two people ahead of me but the attendee was able to finish with them right on time for my appointment. After taking a look of my car, he let me know that he wasn't sure if they would be able to plug it but will let me know after they took a closer look. Luckily it was just a plug that was needed. My car was ready within the hour and has been driving with no issue since my service. They were even able to remove the tire pressure light that had been in my dash for months. I was very pleased with the service

  They charged me $40 for "TPMS Stem kit". They did not ask me if I wanted this done, they never even mentioned it. I gave no authorization for this to be done. When I confronted them about it and told them both I and he damn well know they didn't change anything with the TPMS, he didn't even deny it. I was also told over the phone that an alignment would be $109.99 because I was getting 4 tires. When the bill came they charged me 134.99. When I pointed it out he said he would fix it. He only added a $14.99 discount which made it $120 not 109.99. You owe me $50.99. They also made a good size ding on my driver side rear quarter panel and took zero responsibility for it.

  This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Xavier and Manuel aka Manny are very unprofessional. Lied to me for 3 and half days that they were working on my car and then told the warranty company they never got a chance to diagnose it. Blatantly lied until caught. If they honestly told me they couldn't handle the job at the time I would have respected them and maybe came back for a service they could handle but they continued to lie and then when the warranty company asked me to pickup vehicle and take it somewhere they acted like they had an attitude. Xavier you are to young and hopefully a full working career ahead of you to not have work ethics - get it together. Manny you to old to play these types of games with customers. The times I went there it was always someone complaining and taking back their vehicle. Look at all the reviews the corporate office needs to clean house and get the business together.
