The white male coworker working at the location was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I politely asked for a simple favor—a tire patch. I understood that there were two vehicles ahead of me and was willing to wait. I explained that I had my wife and young daughter in the car and that we would be stranded if I could not get assistance. Despite this, he refused to help and showed no concern for our situation. I then asked if I could at least borrow a jack or change my tire in front of the business using my own equipment. He refused and told me to “get the hell out of here.” His behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I felt disrespected and believe his actions were discriminatory. This is not how customers should be treated, especially in a situation involving a family and a minor child.

Called multiple times to get a status update, manager Manuel is rude and poor customer service. They will try to get you to change all your tires when not needed and then they’ll finally get started on your car.

I showed up, the shop owner said they would not do the service because I didn’t buy the tires from them as if I was asking for free tire mounting, as if I wasn’t paying for the service. Do not recommend any car enthusiast to come to this place, zero stars if possible.
