Repeated back to me what my appointment was for. Took my key had me take a seat in their waiting area which is very clean and amazing. Amazing seating and big screen tv. He even took the time to make sure there was something on TV I wanted to watch. There was a problem with the lug nuts and he explained everything clearly and professionally. Amazing experience would recommend Mavis of Union every time! Professional, courteous and above and beyond. Tom was awesome.

I purchased 10 new wheel nuts. I woke up today and my tire is flat. I called AAA to put my spare tire on and the technician couldn't take off the nuts because they were stripped!!!!! So you guys change 4 tires which means you saw their condition and I'm riding around with stripped nuts which is a hazard!!!! No one took accountability for why this happened. I will NEVER use this location again. A customer's safety should be top priority. I'm not even sure they changed any wheel nuts.
