The employee gave me back my ID but he hold on my credit card for about 6 minutes in a card reader. He asked me if I wanted there insurance, I said no because my car insurance covers rental. I told him I'm just using it for about two hours and returning it the next day. They said their insurance is optional but it's not. I wouldn't go there again. The young lady was really nice when I returned it the next day.
