They love to pressure people into getting liability, even though you have full coverage on your vehicle. The location in Morris Avenue in Elizabeth is a place I would never recommend. They have charged me even though I said I wanted to come in and use a different card but because they were so busy and when i arrived in a Lyft. I could not make the payment because I had to get back in my Lyft and the wait was too long. They said they would give me a discount for the inconvenience after dealing with a rude customer rep and still turned around and charged me a lot more than what they agreed for me to pay. Didn’t want to give a star of any kind, but it won’t let me complete it without giving one

They are horrible and they mistreated me and bamboozled me until they sent out a risk on me when I had the best experience with enterprise forever. I also have tons of points I earned . I am handicap and they mistreated me and disrespected because insurance stop paying 35 a day they wanted the van to swap me in a small SUV for $45 a day when the insurance clearly said I keep the rate until my card is paid off by gap I work over 150 miles away from home and they caused me to be stranded as a disabled women. they tried to blame it on they cant take the payment I offered another card they refused it the only wanted the van back of how little i was paying . except the young African American sales Rep.
