The guy said "We have a whole bunch of them, different ones, you would have to come in and look." which wasn't very helpful. I had the intention to go in yesterday night but with the lack of effort to help, I decided to wait until today to go in person. With the expectation of dealing with the same person I was on the phone with, I decided to go in with my brother just in case I wasn't going to receive help from an employee. Well to my surprise I was helped by Ron, he greeted myself and my brother with a positive and professional demeanor. He gave both of us an even amount of eye contact and spoke to BOTH of us equally (even though you can tell I knew nothing of cars. lol), he went step by step in explaining the part, letting us know about the part options, price, and warranty information. He asked us for our phone number and with so much patience he checked 3 different phone numbers for us (we couldn't remember what number we had the AutoZone account with), even though the line started to grow behind us (Sorry guys.lol) he didn't make us feel rushed or anything. Ron was great, positive, professional, calm, and patient- he gave everything you want in customer service.
