Hes constantly calling customers “losers” and seems to think if you’re not handicapped, you shouldn’t even be there and should be working on your own vehicle. The staff is trained to be vague on the phone just to lure you in for their “no obligation inspection,” which is really just a sales trap. I called for a battery and couldn’t get a quote unless I brought my car in. Which is ridiculous. I went along with it and drove 25 min just to be quoted $300 — found the exact one elsewhere for $100. I asked about a synthetic oil change? $160+ for 5 quarts, and $18 for every extra quart — even just 0.1 over. That’s price gouging!! But wait there’s more!! I once waited over there over 2 hours after being told my part had to be special ordered. It ended up coming from AutoZone that’s just 4 minutes away, only to find out later they marked it up over 200%. I called autozone myself and asked for a price on the same part. Monro charged me +200% MARK UP for just the part. That didn’t include labor or taxes. The only guy who seems to care and does all the work makes minimum wage while Ian sits in the office cooking numbers to look good for corporate. Total scam operation. 0/10 customer loyalty 0/10 don’t recommend. Don’t believe me, call yourself, after you get connected to a call service center not located in the US, you’ll be transferred to Mr.Ian himself. Guys a real life clown.
