  The beginning was nice then it wasn’t. I returned the car Sunday night when I was told I can drop it off and drop the keys in the drop box. I did. They charged me for a full day without any knowledge I called they said it was back in the system Monday. I said I dropped it off Sunday night I am not paying for another day! If you see keys in a drop box clearly common sense means it was dropped off when closed! I asked for a refund for the amount they charged me and I go and look they only gave me SOME of my refund!! Like ridiculous!!! If you quote someone a price stick with that price!!! If you have a question about a drop off knowing the keys were in the AFTER HOURS DROP BOX call and ask!! So I got charged and the only refund some of my money! Not happy!!

  Be aware when renting. Picked up rental with 9,000 miles and dealt with service in Turnersville New Jersey and roadside assistance (at a service center likely in another country). Battery was dead and the car was left in a warm garage overnight and nothing had been left turned on in the vehicle. Once it was restarted it had warnings for the electrical parking brake and the cruise control didn't function. Had to contact Enterprise roadside assistance according to the Turnersville office. Roadside assistance hung up on us at least twice when we could not understand what they were saying partially due to their accent and a bad phone signal on their end. Contacted the Turnersville office to ask them to please contact roadside assistance for us. They insisted that we had to do it ourselves and they would not help. We needed to be available to have that car picked up and towed and they would not deliver a replacement vehicle to the location that it had been towed from. I had to then take an Uber that they did provide to go to an airport in Baltimore so that I could get a replacement rental from Enterprise there.

  Great experience over all for this location. Custom service was a 10, and the car we received was just what we asked for. I definitely recommend getting your next rental from enterprise in Turnersville!

  This Enterprise location was great overall. Check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was just as easy. Everyone there was really friendly and always checking to see if anyone needed help. Overall, a positive experience.

  Stranded at night + refused replacement car at the branch I was provided a rental through my insurance and was told I could swap the car at the Turnersville, NJ location because I couldn’t make it back to Philadelphia after work. I went to pick up the replacement around and was given a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Within a short time, the vehicle broke down and had to be towed away. I was left stranded late at night and had to find my own way home. The next day, I used the Uber link they sent to get to the Turnersville location. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t give me another car until they “located” the broken-down vehicle — even though it was towed away after the breakdown. They expected me to know where their towing company took it, and refused to provide a replacement. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket for another Uber and rent a car from a different company just to get to work and handle my responsibilities. Overall: poor communication, a vehicle that failed immediately, and zero support when I needed a replacement. I would not recommend this location based on how this was handled. Plus the car smelled bad
