I’ve been coming here for years. Has always had a great experience. I’ve left a review once before and thought that I’d update it and just say again how great they are. Nothing ever goes right but they try hard, two new people this past weekend, both Curt and Josh, were awesome. I saw them handle the rush from all the snow related accidents well. Super nice and they do their best. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate having a reliable rental place. And open on Sundays ! Thanks.

I called the Turnersville Enterprise location directly a short time ago to check if they had a 4x4 pickup truck available today. They put me on hold for about 10 minutes to check the lot, then confirmed they did have one. I asked if I needed to put a hold on it, and they said no—they would just transfer me to reservations to book it right away. I completed the reservation without issue.
Just a few minutes later, someone from the same location called me back saying they do NOT have a 4x4 pickup available. I explained that I had spoken to their team moments earlier and was put on hold while they went out into the lot to check if they had one available and I was told they did. The person advised he was speaking to the their manager and “he never said that,” essentially calling me a liar. I disagreed politely and asked for the manager’s name to clarify the mix-up. They refused to provide any names, accused me of being disrespectful (all I did was ask for names), and told me they didn’t want my business.
All they had to do was admit there was a mistake or inventory error—instead, they doubled down and refused basic accountability. I was completely disrespected as a customer at the Turnersville location.
Enterprise, who are you hiring as managers and staff at the Turnersville branch?
I rarely write a review but this treatment was so uncalled for. Your wish is granted will not rent from you again as you obviously don’t need my business. And your staff is arrogant.

I love this place normally fantastic I had a bad experience this time around. Won't hold it against them I understand we had a storm but you can't give up on quality NEVER HAND OVER A FILTHY CAR to a customer it was dirty inside and out my clothes were ruined when I got to where I needed to go also I returned the vehicle before 2:00pm in fact it was 1:15 pm said I returned it a 3:30 did not get charged extra or anything like that but that was a big thing for me. .

The beginning was nice then it wasn’t. I returned the car Sunday night when I was told I can drop it off and drop the keys in the drop box. I did. They charged me for a full day without any knowledge I called they said it was back in the system Monday. I said I dropped it off Sunday night I am not paying for another day! If you see keys in a drop box clearly common sense means it was dropped off when closed! I asked for a refund for the amount they charged me and I go and look they only gave me SOME of my refund!! Like ridiculous!!! If you quote someone a price stick with that price!!! If you have a question about a drop off knowing the keys were in the AFTER HOURS DROP BOX call and ask!! So I got charged and the only refund some of my money! Not happy!!
