I hit a bump in the road and Ray the store manager helped out and it was smooth sailing!! Not only were Ray & Ivan great with me, I watched how they interacted with the other customers and it was just great to see!! There was a guy in the store and unfortunately, his car was having transmission issues & the poor guy was not havin the best day & Ivan tried to help him with his issues as best as he could!! To me, Ray & Ivan genuinely cared & wanted to help him out to the best of their ability!! Whoever owns Monro’s just know you have a GREAT TEAM running your store!! I will def be recommending Monro’s too my Trenton/Hamilton friends & family to your store!! Thank you Ray & Ivan for GREAT SERVICE!!
