If I could give a negative 5 starts I would. My husband and I had a rental while a collision center fixed his vehicle. When his car was ready, he returned the rental to the collision center with more gas in it than when he first took the rental. He even washed the car before returning it. An Enterprise rep completed a thorough review of the car. My husband was thanked for returning the car in the same shape when he left with it. He received a text a day later asking to give a review. He gave a great review. Almost 2 weeks past and I had not received my deposit. I called several times and they never answer the phone. I went to the location and was told there was damage to the vehicle and some BS inspection was still being done. Crazy thing is....when I arrived and told the manager I was coming in to discuss my deposit. He asked was I such and such. I said no, my name is Joycelyn. So apparently I wasn't the only one who hadn't gotten their deposit back. I know that no damage was done us. Either an employee did something to the vehicle, or they just lied and was doing some pretend inspection. I visited the location again, left a message for the manager to call me back and to give me my darn deposit back. It's been over a week and no call or nothing. $50 may be pennies to some, but to me it's a lot. If nothing is done after this review, I'm going to corporate. I'm sick and tired of waiting!
