Giving a 1* review but wish I could give 0. I have used this rental center a number of times, usually with no issue. However, on 8/15 I arrived at 2pm to pickup a minivan I reserved on 7/15 and was told they did not have any minivans or anything comparable to give me. The lot was basically empty. They stated they called me 2 days prior and left a message stating such however the only message I received was from the day prior calling to confirm and to remind me to bring in a credit card or if debit card I would need additional documentation. The desk agent stated there was a recall on some minivans and they tend to overbook reservations with the assumption some people will cancel and this was the reason I did not have a van. This is absolutely no way to do business. Fortunately I was able to locate a minivan at a nearby Avis/Budget rental center for my road trip the very next morning. Enterprise needs to do better. Don't allow reservations for vehicles you DO NOT have adequately stocked and more importantly if you know you don't have them in advance give the customer a few days notice. I will be taking my business to Budget/Avis from now on.
