  This was an easy experience. My car was taken in and within an hour and a half, I was back on the road again. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The new glass looks great!

  I had a great experience with Safelie Windshield Replacement. The gentleman who helped me was wonderful—very professional, courteous, and efficient. They were in and out in no time, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of windshield replacement services!

  The first technician that came to replace the window could not finish due to some broken pieces that needed to be replaced… after I received the parts I called the office directly in Toms River and they set up the new appt immediately… the 2nd technician was able to install the window and was done in no time. Great service all the way around.

  I wish there was a way to rate the actual install which was 5 stars. Anthony did a great job. He went over what he did and explained everything I need to do post install. Unfortunately Anthony was not informed by the person at the Front Desk my request to put the old wipers in the car. Anthony had to dig them out of the trash can and give them to me.

  If I could rate it a ZERO star I would. First off you can not find a phone number to the location so you have to call the 800 number which literally just hangs up on you after telling you that you can not speak to anyone. My Rear windshield broke on a Friday. I could not schedule it to be replaced until Tuesday. However on Tuesday I receive a call from the Toms River location telling me the Glass came in Damaged and I could not be rescheduled until Friday of that week. Obviously I was not happy but there was nothing I could do about and the lady that called stated she would have the tech change the card board I placed in the rear view with some clear plastic wrap so that I could see through the rear view windshield as I know had to drive the truck for 3 more days with the back windshield busted. Needless to say when I get to pick up the truck they did nothing to it. I then had to tell the lady she told me they would do a professional looking wrap so I would be able to see out of the truck. She then told the Tech and he reluctantly went and wrapped my card board in plastic wrap doing literally nothing. Please keep in mind this is at 4pm and they had my truck since the night before. Now onto Friday. I again drop my truck off the night before around 4pm. Hand my keys to the clerk and tell them I will be back to pick the truck up around 3:30 or 4pm the next day. Giving them a FULL 24 hrs. I arrive at 4pm to find my truck sitting in the exact spot I left it. They told me "OH we were busy" but when I came in the tech and clerk were in the room talking and no car was in the bey. I then said I need my truck this is crazy. I was told come back in 20 mins we can throw it in real quick. I came back 30 mins later as I knew it would take more than 20 mins. It was still not done. In the end I left at 6pm. They close at 5pm but I was not leaving until my truck was done. Never once did anyone state an actual reason for me waiting a week and then sitting ALL DAY for my truck to be done. Just the run around. To be Fair this all took place in Safelite, TOMS RIVER LOCATION on RT 37 East. So I know its a Franchise and each location can be different. I had a dealing with a different location and it was much nicer. My issue with company is the 800 number to call is a JOKE. I can not even call to complain about this abomination of a service appointment.
