  I grew up locally but left town many many years ago. My mom is in need of all the love she can get so I'm here to help out and beThankful for every minute with her. When the light came on my dashboard I thought it meant my tire was flat but I went to Mavis and all I need is airAnd entire rotation and believe it or not there is no charge. Obviously customer service is important at Mavis tires and I'm so glad that I was led to them. They were very courteous kind and took me in right away I can't be grateful enough it's hard to be on the road in far away from home but I recommend maybe this to anyone who needs help with their tires. Thanks Mavis you guys are awesome And they're right next door to delicious margaritas so I say come on down

  I had such an amazing experience at this Mavis location and really wanted to recognize Nick, Tee, Chris, and the shop manager, Anthony. I came in with a serious brake issue at a time when I was already feeling very overwhelmed, and they treated me with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. Nick, in particular, went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand what was happening with my car, and handled the situation with a level of care and humanity that meant more to me than I can put into words. Tee and Chris were also incredibly kind and caring, and Anthony, the shop manager, has clearly created an atmosphere where people feel seen, respected, and treated with genuine compassion. What stood out most was the way they treated me as a person, not just another customer. They were professional, honest, thoughtful, and genuinely human in the best possible way in a moment when I really needed that. Over the years, I have learned that when a business has people like this working there, it usually says something about the values of the place itself. Compassionate, respectful people do not just make a customer feel better in the moment - they reflect the kind of integrity and care that a business brings into its work. I am so grateful for the care and service I received here. There was something bigger in this experience for me: kindness, compassion, and goodness all around. Their kindness genuinely strengthened my faith in people and reminded me that there are still truly good human beings in this world. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a shop with honest work and truly good people. They have 100% earned my business and my family’s business for as long as we are in this state. I truly hope Nick, Tee, Chris, Anthony, and this whole team are blessed in the same way they blessed me, one hundredfold. For anyone reading this, there really are no words that can fully give these wonderful people the credit they deserve. They went far beyond what I ever could have expected, and I will never forget it.

  I had a really positive experience at Mavis Tire, and I wanted to specifically recognize Nick for the excellent service he provided. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained what needed to be done, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. What stood out most was his honesty and attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with car repairs, but Nick made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. The service was completed efficiently, and everything was done right the first time. Overall, I left feeling confident in the work that was done and appreciated the level of customer care. I’d definitely return and recommend this location to others, especially if Nick is there to help.

  I had the honor of working with Nick, Kevin, and Rob. Needed an oil change and tire rotation STAT because I had appointments all afternoon. Nick assured me this would be no problem as Kevin took down the information. Rob was there too. Like a well-oiled machine of excellence they called me 2 hours ahead of schedule to tell me I was all set. These Cadillacs of men under-promised and over-delivered to make working with Mavis as seamless as possible. I highly recommend the Toms River Mavis!

  The ONLY reason this 5 star review is up is so management can be aware that Kevin and Kevin only was outstanding in how he was able to notice and step up when a co worker of his was absolutely failing at his job, being rude, taking multiple cigarette breaks instead of helping and playing on his phone for the 2 1/2 hours I was there. Was a very loyal customer of discount tire until they closed and now mavis will not be my family’s next choice as I felt like a bother to that man the second I walked in with a flat tire.
