  My wife and I recently purchased a new Forester from Lester Glenn. Undoubtedly it was the best new car purchase I have experienced. All the employees are knowledgeable and pleasant. Simply put, Subarus are great cars and Lester Glen checks all the boxes!

  I’m updating this because management finally stepped in to fix the financial mess, but let’s be real—they only moved because they saw their Google rating taking a hit. Salvatore was reasonable enough to settle the math, but he’s still running a floor with a "masterclass in professional B.S." Seth’s version of the truth still has a shorter shelf life than milk, but the real issue is how fake the act is. I watched him play the "nice guy" to a family’s face, then talk trash about them the second they finished their test drive. But the real "talent" showed when he got cornered by his own stories on my deal. Instead of owning it, he decided to flex on my wife and talk down to her like she was the problem. Salvatore might have balanced the books to protect the dealership’s stars, but he’s still got a snake in the grass who tries to bully a man’s wife the second his lies fall apart. If you have to go here, deal with the manager—and keep your family away from Seth.

  My father had a concerning experience with both the finance manager and a salesperson (Mike) at this dealership. He was repeatedly asked to provide proof of immigration status specifically told he needed to provide a green card * without any clear explanation as to why this was necessary or that it might be a lender requirement. We have both purchased and financed vehicles multiple times and have never encountered anything like this at other dealerships. After following up, I was told that a lender (Wells Fargo) may require certain documentation. However, this was not explained properly during the visit, and the way the questions were asked by a salesperson rather than as part of a formal financing process felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Additionally, my earlier phone interaction with this dealership was unpleasant. When I asked basic questions about pricing, I was met with a rude tone and told, “we don’t give away cars, we sell them.” There were also attempts to include unclear additional fees without proper explanation. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. I would recommend going somewhere that communicates more clearly and treats customers with respect.
