  If I had to recommend anything, it would be do your research and deal with the transaction yourself and avoid going to a dealership at all. Stop letting these dealerships get away with ripping you off left and right. That being said, I’m giving a 1-star rating for this dealership specifically for the lack of and poor communication. Every time I call with an issue, I get rerouted to somebody else, almost as if they are constantly pushing the problem off to somebody else. Each time, I am told something different. I had two employees here tell me my lease came with scratch repair, then when I went to get a small, tiny scratch repaired, I suddenly “didn’t have” the coverage. Even after I was told word for word “you have scratch repair” from a service member, and it is part of the lease contract. On top of that, they didn’t submit my coverage correctly, and the third party coverage they work with didn’t have the same tier that the dealership had. Their solution? For me to call them just for that insurance company to have me tell the dealership to call them and figure it out since it was out of my control. I didn’t get any of these answers until I talked to them in person. Every time they told me they will call me back (easily over 20 times), I got no call back except for them trying to get me to come in and “take a look at their last minute deals” so they can rip me off again. Even while I’m writing this review, I’m about to call them back since they once again have not called me back after telling me they will call me first thing in the morning, around 9:00am. It’s 1:30pm now.

  Service was great. Chris Ormsby, our salesperson was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond answering questions weeks after the sale. If based on him, only, I would give the experiemce with Lester Glenn 5 stars, his boss who negotiated price had a bit of an attitude. I would go back to deal with Chris again. For sure!!!!

  I had a great experience at Lester Glenn Auto Group thanks to Aj. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. No pressure, just honest help and great service. Definitely recommend asking for Aj if you’re looking for a truck or car.

  The worst dealership experience of my life. Drove two hours for a vehicle of which I was pre-approved for and set an appointment for. I CALLED 3 TIMES advising them I am on my way to see this specific vehicle and that I live far. Upon my arrival they sit me down and tell me they sold the vehicle 15 minutes before I got there. They drive me to a neighboring dealer and have me test drive another vehicle of which was saturated in smoke of which sofficated me the entire drive back to the original dealership. The manager Bobby was nonchalant in this encounter and stated the only person above him is the Owner of the company and would not provide his supervisors information. Bullshit. Below is a picture of the vehicle that the so call sold still sitting in the lot. These are very sleezy and unreliable people of which should not be trusted.

  Took my 2018 jeep wrangler off roading which jeep promotes all The time and flooded my engine , took car in for service and spent over 12 grand out of pocket to fix the issue ; why does Jeep promote going trail riding and off roading yet won’t adhere to their own wordings , also Lester Glenn service department is of no help , just going around in circles with me , my engine has a three year warranty and parts not included that I paid for only have a 2 year warranty that I needed to be included with the install of the new engine … I feel like they just don’t care about their customers and just want to get over on everyone , also how do you not make it right. Also have a water leak from my roof , taken it to the water doctor twice and yet is still leaks and the service manager is telling me that it doesn’t matter cuz it was looked at back in 2024 why should it matter how long it’s been , you see my vehicle was looked at twice by the service doctor twice , atleast try to fix the issue at your expense to make the customer happy
