She took the time to explain everything to me and as a woman I really loved having a visual and seeing how dangerous it was not having this done regularly. Customer service is 100000/10 I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you guys so much

Person I spoke to on the phone said they could do it. Got to the shop and was immediately turned away by a rude mechanic. They need to educate their employees who schedule the appointments on what they can and can’t do so customers like myself don’t waste their time

If I didn’t start working with Mark at Mavis, I would have never known the issues with my Pathfinder. Mark is very knowledgeable and honest. My car was a lease and had been to Nissan multiple times where they overlooked SEVERAL issues! I even went as far as filing a formal complaint through Nissan Motor Acceptance. I drive my children in this car and my brakes were completely worn. My fuel pump ejector failed, and now my tires are completely worn on a lease that is LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD! Mark at Mavis has been such a blessing! He’s walked us through all of this issues and how to manage them through Nissan. Thank you!!!
