- ALArthur LoGuidice6 days ago2.0very helpful and friendly-xxxxxxxx i retract my previous statement took about 5 times of us reminding them to re torc my nuts on tires they didn’t even inform me that i needed to come back to do that had to find out through my father. When i first got all 4 new tires not only did i have to go back for them to do that but also too put air in two of the brand new tires since they where halfway deflated leaving the shop the first time but was told it make take time for the gage to adjust and it never did. All my tire air caps weren’t put back on as well. Not too mention this all took 6 hours dropped my car off at 10:30 in the morning and didn’t receive it back till nearly 4:30 same day for a wheel alignment and 4 new tires, then before even getting my keys handed back to me i was asked to leave a review on how they did which is why i put that B.S originally cause i just wanted to get out of there. Love being 21 but looking even younger really shows how they treat people they think won’t do anything about it!

After I got my car back, noises that weren't there before started coming from the wheels. And my car was pulling to the left. Even though I went back three times, they couldn't fix it. They were ridiculous, saying it might be because of the new tires. They also told me to take my car to the dealership. I will never go back there again. I should have made this review immediately.
