After telling me what kind of interest rates I might be looking at, they told me a few methods (e.g. changing the term, down payment, which bank, etc) that typically lead to more advantageous financing for the consumer. Forgot what the finance manager’s name was — sorry about that! As far as the sales part, I was working with Alex. I really appreciated the way he handled things — explained the terms of the contract, policies/procedures, applicable guarantees, etc. Very professional, and also he didn’t presume anything until he confirmed (I had multiple dealerships mess up the entire contract just because they didn’t ask very simple, obviously important questions). If Alex is your guy then i think youll be in good hands

Were wonderful at explaining everything and what our options were. Wanted to mention that we decided to stay with Lester Glenn because of their service department. Nicole went above and beyond with our other car to make sure we were satisfied. Even dropped my car off because it was raining. Would definitely recommend.
- RLRichard LutesOct 28, 20251.0Twice I came here cause the car wouldn’t start it turns over fine just not getting fuel there is a recall for the fuel pump on a 2019 Outback with the symptoms of not starting ,stalling,running rough,so I bring it here and the woman says it sounds like your battery are you kidding me it turns over fine and it’s a brand new battery, they know about the problem but want to charge 221.00 to do diagnostic instead of replacing the fuel pump that they know already is the problem.stay far away from this place
