I told them I was coming from a distance so I wanted to make sure they could beat the price and had the car. Talked with the sales manager and they said they could beat the price of another dealership. I drove over an hour and a half to Lester Glenn. They didn’t have the car but they had it in a different color. Then they tried to sell me a car that another person was already negotiating on and told me I could wait to see if he bought it or not. I asked if I could get the promotion of a gift card they never responded. I emailed the sales rep twice with no response. I emailed the president which triggered a call from the sales manager. He said he would take care of the gift card and apologize for my experience. 2 months later still don’t have that gift card and staff does not respond to email. Be careful because they tried to pull a bait and switch on me.
