- RFRyan FinkDec 18, 20253.0Got a Subaru that I wanted. Seth is nice guy. I went in to put 10k down and briefly discussed what the payment would be at 11k down. After some discussion he said he could make 10k work at the monthly payment we wanted. Then we get to final paperwork and it’s 11k down. Also, they sold me on a BS care package that I thought included my Subaru subscription for 1200$, and it doesn’t. And they also valued my car for trade in 2,000$ less than causeway Honda. I love my car, the deal was terrible though, just so sick and tired of negotiating with these people. If you’re going to buy a car here, Seth is nice enough to deal with but be prepared to be there for 3+ hours and 5+ if u negotiate at all.
- WMwalkir MathisDec 16, 20251.0Towed my 2020 subaru wrx sti into this shop for repair because i broke a connector clip during a tune up. While my car was there, I received a message stating the air intake box is damaged and needed to be replaced. This was something they damaged during the disassembly process to replace the wiring harness for the ignition coils. Thankfully, they took responsibility for the airbox and replaced it "as a sign of good faith". After receiving my vehicle after the work was complete, there were problems that werent there previously. For starters, my battery was smoking and had troubles starting if it even started. My car did not acheive proper boost aswell. The boost gauge only acheived 9.5 psi. So i decided to bring it back. This is where the dishonesty showed it face from the service manager and the technician working on my car. After the technician looked it over, the service manager brought me back for a test drive and stated "i owned an sti before". Which made me feel hes gonna play something off. My gut was correct and stated "Anything over 9 psi is overboosting" during the test drive. This statement is pure falice because then all STI's would be overboosting from the factory. I just kept my mouth shut to get the test drive over. I then proceeded to call my reputable mechanic to get my car there to find out where the flat rate mechanic from lester glenn missed something. They found several things wrong the mechanic didnt do correctly or forgot entirely and fixed them properly. This made me contact SOA corporate in cherry hill and file a claim. They were wondeful and tried to advocate for me to the best of their ability. I requested an audience with the service manager, General Manager and also the owner to shed light on what type of business they provide. To no avail it has been months and still nothing. If you took the time to read this and want a flate rate mechanic making your car troubles worse, by all means this is where to go. Im still waiting to hear from the GM / Owner because that service manger is definately unfit for his job
